At Timpano-percussion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your musical instruments and accessories. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange, provided it is in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item to ensure all components are present, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
