Rattan shaft 7.5mm thick ( + or – due to natural taper of rattan ) and 13.5” long.
Natural rubber brown ball. Softer than green rubber models making it an excellent on stage warm up mallet that only you will hear. Perfect daily practice mallet. Not too bouncy on the bars and no contact sound at all. Excellent for certain orchestral marimba repertoire, and also Messiaen. Perfect as a multi percussion mallet. Particularly good in high register of marimba, will not dent or damage bars.
